Senior Software Developers (4)

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer developing commercial applications using Microsoft .NET and related technologies. Solid experience in VB, C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL 2005/2008, HTML, DHTML, XHTML, XSLT, CSS, Java Script, JQuery, Ajax. Experience in the requirements gathering, requirement analysis and creating technical specifications and design. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to plan and manage his/her own work.

Senior Business Analyst

This is a full time permanent position with competitive salary and excellent benefits. The ideal candidate will have strong business and technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, with the ability to serve as a liaison to technical and non-technical personnel. Support the Account Manager in the maintenance and evolution of the client relation; Serve as a link between business needs and technical delivery services; Support Operational and Project delivery teams in their activities; Participate in client meetings allowing us to present our solution and service offerings.

Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

4+ years of QA experience with manual testing of websites and web-oriented products. Excellent knowledge of Internet/Web technologies including web browsers, http, html and xml. Working knowledge of procedures and generally accepted Quality Assurance practices. Experience with JIRA or similar defect tracking and management platform. Excellent analytical skills with strong oral and written communication ability. Customer-focused, ability to react positively to changes, excellent team player.

One-on-One Support

One-on-one assistance is provided by our Support team at no additional cost if you’re using one of our licensed software products. We support the latest .NET version of our DMS software in addition to TIM DMS, the previous DOS version of our software. Our Support team can help with software activation requests and issues, licensing matters, technical issues, usage disruptions and ‘how-to’ queries for example.
